However, if you measure at 26 inches at the waist at one store, you’ll most likely still be 26 inches at another store.Secondly, stores wouldn’t have to change their standard of sizings. A size 2 now was a size 8 at some point in history. Again, 26 inches is still 26 inches. I also think removing the current standard of sizing for girls (sizing 0-16) would be better psychologically for girls. It would be easier for those who work in retail that do not know girl’s sizing as well…….
